We provide pickup for all customers.
1. We can pickup the customer from all hotels in Singapore.
2. Pickup/Dropoff location in Jurong, Woodland or Malaysian border is subject to an extra charge of
SGD20 per vehicle payable to the driver.
3. Child seat can be arranged at SGD20.00 subject to availability and must be
booked in advance via email to [email protected].
4. For customers joining the tour with luggage's, please inform us in advance to
ensure the vehicle is able to accommodate the bags.

  • Pickup from airport : If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.

  • If pickup from cruise terminal please advise the cruise port or the cruise name.
  • If customer have luggages with the tour must inform us.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We didn’t have a lot of time in Singapore so we booked this 8 hour private driver tour. Best decision ever. Our tour guide was Ashton. He was supe knowledgeable and flexible fitting in our places we wanted to see. We were able to see much more of Singapore that if we were on our own. It was a very interesting trip. I highly recommend

We booked an 8 hour tour online with Viator just one day before. Our guide/driver St Toh picked us up on time from our hotel. He was very open to what we liked and didn’t wish to do. He suggested a string of ideas and we were happy to go along with them all. He explained a great deal about the Singapore way of life, health care, schools, government and various attractions. With only one day to explore Singapore on our way home from New Zealand to London we wanted to pack in as much as possible and we certainly did that. A tiring day but not one we would have changed for a second. Following a tour in LA this was our second tour with Viator and both were very positive experiences. St was stop on, a pleasant young man, a good driver who was totally customer focused. The only reason we give him five stars is because we couldn’t give him six stars.
