They never showed up! Nor did they try in anyway to contact us. When booking, it shows hotels to be picked up from but if yours isn't listed then you there is a box to put your hotel in. Still no show. If they cannot pick you up from your hotel, they need to let you know. Now I have the hassle to get a refund.

Terrible experience, don’t trust this people. They cancelled our excursion the same day without notice, after our pick up time. We woke up early for no reason, we paid the Pena Palace and lost the money for the tickets but above all, we lost our day to visit Sintra. We don’t recommend it.

Paul was an amazing tour guide, very polite yet professional. He had amazing anecdotes to share. He was very sweet to even guide us to the local places for local delicacies. This was a nice way to explore the city!
