  • We recommend that you plan your trip so that you arrive at the airport at least 1.5 hours before flight departure if you are travelling abroad and 1 hour before departure if you are travelling within the country.
  • It is your responsibility to make your way to the bus stop from your accommodation.
  • Since luggage space inside the coach is very limited, only one (1) small piece of hand luggage per traveler is allowed to be carried on the bus. The maximum measurement for luggage allowed inside the coach is 40x30x20 cm (this only applies to coaches with luggage space below). Larger suitcases and bulky items such as surfboards, ski equipment and alike are permitted in the lower luggage compartment as long as space is available. Bicycles are allowed on board at no charge when space permits. The bicycle must be packed in protective wrapping.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The journey from Stockholm Västerås Airport was smooth and pleasant, but it didn’t start as scheduled. We departed 40 minutes later than planned, as the driver waited for all passengers to clear passport control. Claiming that the bus is the fastest option is misleading—it took me 2 hours and 30 minutes, whereas the website advertised a travel time of 1 hour and 20 minutes. While the bus is a good idea, the timetable is highly unreliable.

Either the seats were small, or the guy next to me took all the space. My ribs hurt from half-sitting, but I liked the rest of the aspects of this trip

The ride for 60km costs 25 Euro - almost like a taxi ride. And for your money VY staff do not even let you wait for the departure in the bus. Outside temperature is -8C cold, the bus is 20 minutes late, you have already purchased a ticket, and you see the drives walking around, speaking with colleagues and smoking. The same ride on a Malartag train will cost you 8 Euro, you will seat in a heated 1-st class train, with outlets and WIFI.. I do not understand why this rip-off customer unfriendly company still exists..
