Staff and guide were very friendly but tour was quite disorganised. It took about an hour to get from the meeting point through the security in the museum (despite these being skip-the-line tickets). Tour guide was a French tour guide giving the English speaking tour. She was very friendly and knowledgeable but her English was too basic to get the details across. All of this was after being moved from my allotted morning tour to the late afternoon tour at a days notice (which impacted travel plans).
On the positive side, I got to see everything I wanted to see but the tour did not represent good value for money.
