The most memorable was the fact the tickets you emailed to us virtually at the last minute were not acceptable because we photographed them on our phones and then they couldn’t scan them so we had a problem, they eventually let us use them

The museum was wonderful. Large display I have ever seen. The ticket taker we had was very rude and unwilling to assist. Enjoyed it the Viator representative stay with on the phone until it got resolved. May need to explain more of the instructions to ensure no confusion.

The two together was overwhelming with great experiences I would have preferred to do it over two days. Getting comfortable with transportation and the layouts of the facilities was a challenge
