Costly & Poor Customer Service: Although we downloaded the audible app, the code we received at the meeting point didn't work without wifi. The caf representative told us that wifi was available in the Uffizi. Wi-Fi is unavailable in the Uffizi, and they don't give you the code until you arrive at the meeting spot. They should know that wifi is unavailable if they offer a tour that relies on connection. Not all phones pick up cell signals. They misrepresented their product and should have known its limitations. Worse, they are unwilling to make it right by refunding the money we paid for the auditory tour we didn't receive. Be Aware. Better to buy directly from the museum than from a disappointing intermediary like Caf Tours. I noticed its much cheaper to go through the museum directly.
