Excellent tour with a very knowledgeable guide. Alexandra spoke excellent English and had lots of extra information with her that helped us to understand how the buildings look, and were used, in the past. As our tour was on a 38°C day, she was very mindful to find shady places to talk which we appreciated. We really enjoyed the tour. My only criticism is that the person at the meeting place held their sign at waist level and in the crowd were very hard to find. I ended up having to message the company to find the representative and others on the tour had the same problem. A big flag would be better!

The tour started 25 minutes late as we just stood there waiting. Very disorganized. The guide had difficulty managing the group and seemed worn out from the heat. Kept asking if anyone wanted to stop. The assistant acted very disinterested. We’ve taken probably 100 tours as we travel a lot and this had to be in the bottom 5.

Difficult to find tour because company late, disorganized, no flag held up in air to find company at meeting point. Tour guide nice but barely spoke English, no one in tour could understand well.
