Beautiful collection and large numbers of items. Loved the museum . We spent four hours just in palace even then not enough. All sections were maintained nicely

The part I liked the most was the Egyptian exhibition. Very well preserved sarcophagi and many canopic vases. I compliment the Greek Attic ceramics.

The picture gallery has the largest collection of paintings by Peter Brueghel in the world. Many of his major works are here. In addition, there are classic paintings by Klimt on the wall over the main staircase. Ask if you are unable to locate them. The museum also has important works by Rembrandt, Vermeer, Durer, Holbein and Velazquez. The Special Exhibit: Nature's Time: Arcembolodo - Bassano - Brueghel was included with the entry ticket.
