    They failed to deliver my ticket and cannot be contacted for couple days so I didn't get to the top of petronas. Good thing they agree to refund my money, but that incident had ruin my holiday. Why don't you guys provide e-ticket instead to prevent such thing happen?

    Was arriving in KL a few days before I wanted to visit the viewing bridge at The Towers. All the tickets on the Towers website were sold out and I thought I had missed my chance! Looked on Viator and they had availability! More expensive but still.
