Excellent tour! Our guide Viola was very knowledgeable and her love for the David and Florence was apparent. She answered all of our questions and shared lots of information about the history of Florence and life here today, including recommendations for additional sights to see and places to eat. I highly recommend this tour.

It's our experience that a guide's insights and perspectives really enhances your understanding and enjoyment of the sights. Florence was the 3rd city that we experienced with Babylon. We participated in the Michelangelo/Academia Gallery (with Viola) and Uffizzi (with Eleonara) tours. Both guides were first rate- knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly and humorous.
We have participated in small group and private tours with other companies in the past and Babylon is always our first choice. The pricing is very reasonable for an in depth, personalized experience of exceptional quality. Plus, the customer service is excellent. I made a mistake with the booking and Babylon corrected it easily and immediately.
