  • Kids under 14yrs old are required to show their passport in order to have reduced tickets. In case they do not any documents showing their age, they must pay the difference for the adult's fee of 12€ on the spot
  • Entrance inside the Cathedral /Dome is not included in the itinerary. The tour will only involve the Cathedral complex from outdoor and the surrounding area
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Our guide was very knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful, and efficient! She was a delightful person and we learned a lot from her. There were six of us, and we would all sign up for her tour again.

This tour was terrific for a few reasons. Firstly, Brian our tour guide provided us with incredible historical information which gave more meaning to each highlight we visited. In addition, Brian made sure we could all hear, understand and ask any questions without rushing the tour. Also, it was a great way to help find our way about Florence and locate important points of interest.

I cannot say enough good things about this tour experience for our family. The Italian Vista Travel team directions for meeting were very clear. I interacted with two guides who were extremely helpful when our cruise itinerary changed and we had less time than expected than when I booked the tour weeks before our cruise. I cannot say enough about their level of professionalim, kindness and responsiveness in those moments of uncertainty for our family. It turned out that our tour schedule worked with our schedule change. Francesca's tour was inspiring! She had both of our teenagers hanging on her every word as she taught us about the history of Florence as a city, and the history of Michelangelo and the statue of David. We were all emotionally impacted (and we are not "art" people by nature). Francesca is amazing, and if I am lucky enough to go back to Florence, I would seek her out of another tour!
