We had a wonderful day in Lima. Highlights were the catacombs, Larco Museum (and lunch there as well on the stunning patio). My cousin had a request to eat guinea pig, known as 'cuy', and after some perseverance our the part of our guide (Myra?) a restaurant was found. Myra was from the Andes, and shared the dish with Karen - not often eaten by Lima locals. There was live Andean music, and she even got up and danced! It was such a top day, and I felt we had seen some real highlights, as well as had a personal experience made for us.
