Communication with Krabi VIP was seamless, when I had a question, they were quick to reply. The owner worked with me in creating an itinerary with my multiple tours (3 different tours) and kept in communication with me leading up to the trip. The day before the tours, the weather was terrible, so the guide made suggestions of which tours would be best with the distance of the islands and etc. I loved the crew, they were the best and helpful, informing us of where to go, assisting us with getting in and out of the boat and more. I would recommend Krabi VIP 1000% to friends and family.

Federico and his team provided our group with an entertaining day. Federico made contact the day before the tour to give information and confirm pick up from hotel - which was prompt. The tour included numerous stops at multiple islands/bays/beaches/lagoons with the opportunity to spend independent time and snorkel with the group in which Federico was very helpful and informed the group when he found exciting marine life e.g. clown fish and helped us see them. We had a buffet lunch on phi phi don which was sufficient, Federico also provided crisps, fruit and drinks on the boat. Federico and his team were clearly experts of the area especially as they were able to get us to see islands when they weren’t busy or crowded e.g. maya bay which is usually very busy only had a few other groups present, this showed that Federico & crew care about the customer experience. At the end of the trip Federico sent us a WhatsApp message of photos he had taken of our family throughout the day and this was much appreciated.

The trip was very well organized and highly recommended. We traveled in a very small group of 5 people. The tour guide contacted us some days in advance to clarify all necessary details. The pickup was in time and always water and soft drinks available. At first we arrived at bamboo island and we had this very beautiful island alone ????. After one hour we shipped to the next stop, koh phiphi, for snorkeling and do a further break at a nice beach at phiphi don. Also here we’re very less people. Then we had lunch buffet which was ok. After lunch we had a short view to the monkeys at the Viking cave. Then we stopped at a very beautiful lagoon for swimming. Now we recognized that we are not alone in Thailand, but anyhow the skipper guided us to a nice place. The tour ended with the highlight: maya bay! If you would see the perfect beach, you find it here! ..great tour, highly recommend to do it with „krabi VIP tour“
