We were looking for a cheaper option for our island tours, than the TUI offerings. We definitely found a gem. From booking to drop off at the hotel, everything was professional. After booking we got confirmation emails, immediately and just prior to our trip. Then a What'App message the day before confirming time of pick up. Our hotel was in Canico, so 20 min from Funchal. However no problem to pick up first and drop off last.
Cristian our guide and Fernando the driver were excellent throughout. Cristian was informative and Fernando skilfull, navigating the tight twisty roads.
They modified the itinerary to gain the best advantage for our group. Then a hiccup at Fanal forest, where a fellow traveller did not return on time. They dealt with it in a calm professional manner, until he was found.
This delayed the tour by about an hour, but we still made every stop and had enough time to take pictures or have a wander round.
Take a raincoat into the mountains and dress in layers, for the rest of the trip. The climate changes, but that is the beauty of the island
A great value tour, by 2 assets to the company.

Interesting trip to the north and West of the island. Our guide was Rui and very informative about Madeira. We really liked the fanal forest stop. Possibly could have had less stops for longer as we stopped at a lot of places for 20 mins.
