We werden eerst door Mauro naar de wijngaard gebracht, via een toeristische route zodat we meer van het landschap zouden zien. Hij wist van alles over de geschiedenis van Sardinië te vertellen en over de vele verschillende wijngaarden hier. Eenmaal aangekomen bij de wijngaard van Giuseppe werden we in de watten gelegd. We kregen een gepassioneerd verhaal over het maken van de verschillende wijnen, om vervolgens de wijnen te mogen proeven. Heerlijke wijn en een gezellige, intieme sfeer. Heerlijk! Giuseppe en Mauro zijn fantastische gastheren die er een unieke beleving van hebben gemaakt. Wij kunnen het aan iedereen aanraden!
