Best decisions when I was in Melbourne was took a trip with Fred to the Great Ocean Road! It's hard to make 12 hours trip to feel amazing but it's all possible thanks to Fred :) He's so informative, funny and so kind to take pictures of us, can't thank him enough to be so considerate during the trip. It was not the best weather to go on a trip, but still beautiful to us - we made lots of memories and of course took a lot of photos :D Thank you Fred to make the trip so memorable! You're truly the best!

The scenery and stops were wonderful. However our guide Kevin was really just a bus driver and not a guide. He gave us very minimal information...and that info we could read on the signage at each stop!. He talked more about soccer/football/politics ....very disappointing. We learned nothing about the Gold Coast from him.

We had a very enjoyable day with Fred, our guide. He's a hard working guy who brings a genuine caring and interest in his guests. He's got a wealth of information, and when he doesn't know the answer he skillfully makes things up. He's got a great zeal for what he does and generously offers it to all. The trip to the 12 Apostles, though long, brings you to a spectacular destination. We loved both the coastal walks, and the rain forest strolls. Nicely paced, flexible with stops. Don't miss the mocha ice cream at the Chocolate Factory stop.
