Epic day trip to the archaeological site of Pompeii and the picturesque Amalfi Coast, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Travel in a small group of no more than 6-7 people per air-conditioned minivan with a tour assistant. The tour will start from the hotel, en route for a breakfast or snack. The first stop is Pompeii, our official guide will take you to visit the main areas such as the Macellum, the Baths, the areas where the Romans gathered and the homes of wealthy citizens to learn about their customs and traditions. After Pompeii, we will head to Positano, an ancient fishing village. Stop for lunch, visit, shopping and relaxation. Continue to Amalfi, admire the famous Cathedral of Sant'Andrea, visit the oldest paper mill in Europe, taste the famous local liqueur "Limoncello" and their delicious desserts: Babà, Sfogliatella, Pastiera Napoletana. Continuing along the Amalfi Coast we will return to Rome bringing with you images and scenarios that you will remember forever.

Pompei, Positano, and Amalfi are a must-see if you’re in Italy, and Welcome Italy made it so comfortable in their minivan and convenient with pick up and drop off at our hotel. Our driver was amazing! I felt like our tour guide could have been a bit more engaging and knowledgeable, but he was very nice. All-in-all, it was an incredible trip!

What a perfect day!The company picked us up at our hotel promptly at 06:30, in a comfortable van that could seat 6. We drove just over 2 hours to the ruins of Pompeii where we had a really good tour guidr. She took us around the ancient city, and was really knowledgeable! After the tour, we were on our way to Positano which was just 40 min away from Pompeii. Once in Positano, we were able to roam around for 2 hours. I’d suggest getting something to eat for lunch while in Positano. We stopped in Amalfi town as well, 30 min was enough to just get a quick look around this small town. The drive along the Amalfi Coast was so beautiful, we got a beautiful view of the sunset, so definitely worth experiencing. The only down side was the Sunday traffic back into Rome; we only got home closer to 11pm due to everyone returning into Rome. I would suggest not doing this tour on a Sunday just to avoid the traffic.

Wonderful day trip. Only recommendation is to use ear pieces. Our tour was supposed to be 6 people but we merged with another group in Pompeii. It was extremely difficult to hear the guide as the group was larger - other groups near by also speaking. Missed most of what was said.
