Explore the winter wonderland & freedom of snowshoeing with a short introduction. After driving 60 minutes from central Sapporo, we'll go snowshoeing at the remarkable untouched trail, where you can see beautiful snow on trees in the forest and wildlife spotting is nearly guaranteed. Let's feel the fresh powder snow! No worry for the beginners. The experienced guide gives you instructions. There are varieties of lunch options in Jozankei, and you can experience traditional Japanese hot spring after activities.

This is definitely a must-do in Hokkaido. The mountain was peaceful and safe. I never felt so calm. Our guide, Sumi, was thoughtful, fun, outdoorsy and intelligent. She speaks very good English since she lived in US for some time. We are her last Snowshoe Hike for the season.

What a great, fun day! Sumi was just excellent. She picked us up from the hotel, had all the gear that we need and took us on a stunning trail. She even had tea and little treats for a small pick me up half way through her tour. We ended the day at a beautiful onsen, surrounded by snow and had delicious curry. Absolutely fabulous

Excellent day spent with Sumi hiking through untouched snow, then bathing in the open air onsen surrounded by snow. An unforgettable experience, would highly recommend
