I used the service because we needed a very strong organization for the business delegation in Bulgaria. These guys did a great job, made it, I approved it and we implemented it together. Such a great service, I strongly recommend.

File interminabili per tutto: informazioni, assistenza. Poi finalmente scegli il prodotto e chiedi la consegna ed il montaggio del mobile: costi folli! Chiedi se puoi aggiungere qualche altro mobile. Ti viene risposto che non ci sono problemi. Invece fai un'altra fila per pagare gli oggetti piccoli che porti con te e poi vai a fare un'altra fila per il banco assistenza post vendita. Quando arriva il mio turno, mi si informa che bisogna annullare l'ordine precedente, già pagato, e rifare uno ex novo per pagare la differenza per il nuovo mobile! Un'attesa di 45 minuti per fare al PC questa "difficilissima" operazione, avere l'autorizzazione e pagare altre 76,00 euro. Chiedo di parlare con un Responsabile, un direttore, un capo reparto: ignorato! Sconsiglio a tutti di fare quest'esperienza terribile. Sembra un ufficio pubblico più che un negozio di vendita!
