For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We rented a Nissan Leaf from Sofia for 4 days. It came with full itinerary matching our taste for which the support of the operator helped greatly! We enjoyed slow tourism and saw the best for quite less! Extremely happy!
