Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

If you have to reach the wonderful Sorrento or the stunning city of Naples, the most comfortable and easiest way is by hiring a private vehicle with one of our expert chauffeurs.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
A current valid passport is required on the day of travel.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Sergio was an excellent driver. He was on time and gave us a very pleasant ride in a clean, comfortable, Mercedes SUV. He dropped us off at Pompeii for our 2-hour tour then drove us to the lovely seaside town of Sorrento.
