There are good prices in avything you buy in this place but I Didnt feel safe in this place. If you go for tourism (not to buy anything) then is not an obligatory visit.

Andar no Paraguai fazendo compras é muito locura, mas amei, muito barato, vale a pena!! Comprei mala, moletons, bolsa, meias, perfume!! E me diverti e também experimentei a culinária local. Show!!
