We had a wonderful time. Our guide Pamela was accommodating and very knowledgeable. She came up with a great itinerary, but allowed us to add in a few things. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I booked a PRIVATE wine gourmet tour with SCENIC DELIGHTS for 6 people. When we arrived for our tour the company said they added 2 more to our tour That in itself didn’t bother me but we traveled a half hour to pick up these extra guests which cut into our time. When our tour operated explained to me where we were going...she didn’t include ANY “scenic delights “. When I called her on it she ended up taking to a couple os scenic lookouts. If we hadn’t had to take the highway to pick up they other 2 ...we could have taken the queen Charlotte scenic drive Everything on my private tour seemed to be catered to the extra people we picked up. Our tour guide said we would go to the Natilus winery but when the couple said they had already been there ...she changed it to a different winery!!! We had to be back on the ship at 3:30 and the ship said the last shuttle from Picton was at 3. I told her I wanted to be back just before 3. Our tour operator the lied to us and said they Changed the time for the last shuttle to 2:30 so she would have to bring me back earlier and cut short more items on our tour....but did that couple get theirs cut short....NO.... the director of the tour company took them over and our tour operator got us Back at 2:04pm. When I asked upon my return when the last shuttle was they told me 3 but they would run til everyone was back. I knew the ship wouldn’t change the return time after everyone was gone from the ship but our tour operator blatantly lied to us. I would never use this tour company again!!!

From the pre trip communication through to the wonderful gift at the end, it was all top shelf.
