Driver was waiting for us at the arrival area with a sign with our name. He didn’t really speak English but was very friendly and would use a phone translator when needed to communicate. He brought us to the loading area then got his van to pick us up. The van was very clean, spacious and comfortable (a Hyundai Starex). He gave the kids some cookies and offered us other treats (we were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids). We were dropped off at Myeong dong as requested. This service was as advertised and very convenient. No hidden charges or gimmicks. Not much else to say but it was a big plus but that the driver was very nice and friendly.

There was so much traffic going into the city during rush hour but our driver was so patient and got us safely to our destination. Bonus points for that!! Thank you
