Tors a decent guy to hang with through the day and great insights and perspective won’t learn looking about alone, generally the tour itself is good and very interesting.
However my only gripe is advertised entry into the Glastonbury abbey £11 and chalice well £5, yet when you get to the turnstiles am asked to pay. As a solo person already paid £95 and it clearly says them two entry admissions are included in the advertised tour, so I was a bit shocked but went with it until could double check later back at hotel on wifi and yes it’s clear in advert meant to be part of the tour. It’s only £16 which I don’t care about really but it kind of felt like I’ve paid twice and Viator booking (I feel they should refund me them two fees as false advertising) are no help at all. Just feel total price is a bit much for a solo person especially when having to pay for the two advertised entries. £116…then also bought lunch which I knew wasn’t included so pretty expensive day.
I was also asked to change my dates which didn’t really suit me and it started a little late and finished early due to weather.
So can’t say perfect but then as I say generally the tour is good and Tor is very good as an alternative historian and decent guy. I feel bad the review can’t be 5 stars as I wanted it to be and would like to have rated it as just from the knowledge perspective, got on well and he has a lovely dog.

Wow! What an absolutely incredible tour.
Tor was an amazing guide, he combined historical knowledge and spiritual wisdom perfectly and presented it in a way which was completely fascinating.
We learnt so much about Glastonbury, it’s history, the mysticism surrounding it and visited sacred places we would otherwise never have seen.
It is really one of the most special places we have ever been and Tor’s ‘The Quest’ tour was just magical and in our opinion, a must for anyone who wants to really understand this sacred place.
We would highly recommend anyone visiting Glastonbury to book, you will be so happy you did. We’re already thinking about our next tour with Tor!
