    I was in Rio de Janeiro from 11th to 17th July 2025 for a media summit and had two free days. I arranged a one-and-a-half-day tour with Bernard — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my trip. Bernard is a superb planner. In just a short time, he managed to show me all the major attractions of Rio, including hidden gems I wouldn’t have discovered on my own.     Bernard was a great guide. We really enjoyed the schedule he prepared for us. The Christ, The Santa Teresa neighborhood with a local restaurant where we tried feijoada and were able to have a great conversation and get to know more about Brazilian and Carioca life and culture. He also recommended to us places to listen to live samba music and even watch a football match at Copacabana beach. Bernard really made our visit to Rio unforgettable. We strongly recommend that you book a tour with Bernard when visiting Rio.

    We traveled from Australia and were searching for a private, trusted guide in Rio - Bernard was just the one! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable with flexibility to make the most of our time. He was an excellent driver and a highlight for us was lunch at Santa Teresa where he was clearly a respected member of the community. Communication was excellent and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
