Beautiful place! The tour, the guides, the people, everything excellent. It was completely worth going. We swam with the fish and ate rich. Recommended 10/10

This tour was a tragedy from start to finish, the first thing is that they don’t assign you a seat by couple or group.You have to sit wherever you find (I have done tours and Pre-assign seats. Then the police stopped us on the way, and apparently they weren't up to date with the documents on that bus and we had to change buses. (30 minutes wasted). They only had 5 life jackets (to top it off small) and snorkeling available in the boat, my boyfriend could not get into the water at the first stop because he can not swim. The guide too diplomatic, does not know how to animate such large groups, for this type of excursions you need a less mechanical, more cheerful and creative guide. You have to eat at 4pm, so bring snacks, because already at 2pm you will be hungry and they last a long time to reach the island where you will eat. The area is very nice and somewhat different to do in Rio, I would return to that place only not with this agency. Because the experience outside our old boat wasn't bad, it's only when you were in it.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend booking with this agent. I was extremely poorly on the day of travel and therefore I did not attend. I tried to cancel a day before however i was told I would pay $100 to reschedule. Explained it was my last day before leaving the island. I had no response after. On receiving the itinerary the night before i realise it didn’t mention going to Ilha Grande as advertised. When I asked for clarity on this i got no response. This was my main reason for booking this trip with Viator, as my hotel had the same trip advertised but without the Ilha grande (and cheaper). I’d say book with another booking agent.
