    The hike to the peak of Telegraph hill will take about 30-45 minutes. From the top you will experience amazing panoramic views of beaches and landscapes. You will have the opportunity to take photos from the famous rock that juts out to create an optical illusion of being high above the ground with the sea below in the background. Watching the sun rise from the top of the hill is even more spectacular and memorable.

Lovely trip. Marvelous view and good tour guide. As an hike it’s not hard, nearly everyone can do this one, but it’s a good exercise. The view is amazing and uou will get access to many scenic spaces abd take photos

I went on a solo trip to Rio de Janeiro earlier this month (January) and had such a good experience hiking Telegraph Rock with Caio that I cancelled the tours I had scheduled with other companies to see other tourist attractions and booked a second tour (best of rio private tour) with Caio as my tour guide instead. We had an early start to Telegraph Rock and both Caio and the driver were on time. He was communicative and always available to answer my questions. He's funny and full of personality so we laughed and talked about Brazilian history and politics along the way. At the top, Caio was my personal photographer and director. He has professional camera equipment that and takes the most amazing photos. I highly recommend this tour!!
