ESTAFADORES!!! Sacamos la excursión de Aqua Rio, Bulevar Olímpico y Museo del Mañana por Despegar.com. La guía se confundió el horario de recogida y nos abandonó en el medio del acuario y siguió la excursión sin nosotras (nunca se dio cuenta que nos dejó porque tampoco contó la cantidad de personas que hacíamos la excursión!!!!). Nos hicieron esperar 1 hora y media allí sin respuesta. Mandábamos mensajes por Whatsapp a la agencia y no resolvían nada. Finalmente luego de la larga espera, nos vinieron a buscar y nos llevaron directo al Museo de la Mañana y no pudimos pasar por el Bulevar Olímpico. Nos perdimos todas las explicaciones y nos dejaron solo 15 minutos en el Museo del Mañana. Una vergüenza total. Reclamamos y NO nos quisieron devolver nuestro dinero. Por favor, NO contraten NADA con esta empresa que no se hace cargo de nada. Mala atención y tiempo de respuesta, poca seriedad, sin profesionalismo, un DESASTRE.
