Left me stranded no response from tour operator. I reached out prior to leaving and told them they time i would be landing. I arrive noone is there and no response from tour operators.

Normally, we have good luck with Violet her but this time we did not. We arranged for a transfer and waited for 25 minutes at the airport looking everywhere, but never could find our pick up so we ended up having to take a taxi. There was no place online to enter our return round-trip so that is still looming. I will clearly be asking for a refund on this. Your customer service numbers don’t work either. When dialing the US based number, he told us to call the local number but then no one answered the local number.
