Minha mãe de 86 anos e eu realizamos três dias de passeios com a Lully e equipe e só temos elogios a fazer pelos dias inesquecíveis que vivemos na Cidade Maravilhosa. Nota 1000 em todos os quesitos: simpatia total, boa vontade para atender os nossos interesses, sabedoria em adequar os passeios conforme a meteorologia (alguns dias nublados com pancadas de chuva) e o ritmo de uma pessoa idosa, conhecimento de história, comunicação com linguagem acessível para pessoas leigas, pontualidade, carinho e segurança (caminhou o tempo todo de braço dado com minha mãe, facilitou o acesso quando era possível pegar os elevadores), flexibilidade para alterar restaurantes, paradas para almoço e toalete em horários adequados, veículo em ótimas condições de limpeza e funcionamento, motorista Allan muito cuidadoso e atencioso. Além de tudo isso, Lully registrou os passeios em fotos e vídeos incríveis porque tem a experiência e a sensibilidade para escolher os melhores pontos de cada local visitado. Deu dicas para os dias livres. Adquirimos através da Rio Alternative o voo de helicóptero (imperdível) e solicitamos um motorista de confiança (Marcelo) que realizou o traslado ao heliponto, também nos levou para almoçar e conhecer a costa (da Barra da Tijuca até Copacabana), parando na praia do Pepino para ver a descida das asas-deltas e parapentes. Nós adoramos o Rio e vocês! Muito obrigada por tudo! Estamos muito satisfeitas por termos escolhido a Rio Alternative Tour.
