The driver was friendly and on time. He didn’t speak any English but we managed with our Spanish. When we emailed to confirm they wrote back to confirm but closer to the pick up we had to get our concierge to call the home base
in Spain (we were in Brazil).
There should be an emailed confirmation to customer 24-48 hours prior because no one wants to get stuck in another country.
