The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our driver was waiting for us just outside security at the airport - he made it easy to find him. He answered all our questions as first time visitors to Brazil as we drove to our hotel. He spoke English well and delivered us quickly and safely.

We made reservations for 3 to be picked up at the Port in Rio, called & corrected your reservation for 2, 2 weeks prior to arriving in Port and changed time to 9:00 am. Received confirmation, then day we arrived the driver sent us message saying he didn’t know if he could fit all of us & Luggage in his car, it was suppose to be a mini van picking us up, not a car. And he also said he couldn’t get there till after 11:00! My husband is 87 years old my friend & I are both in our 70’s…we had been there since 7:30am, sitting on Cement blocks waiting. I called and cancelled we took 2 taxi’s to Hotel.
The driver arrived after 11:00 and continued harassing us and asking where we were. I will never do business with you again, and you refused to refund my $. So what do you think I will tell others about your service! I’m posting this message on Trip Advisor as well.
