Virtually flawless, very easy and quick. Someone met us outside as soon as we’d collected our bags. Only confusion was that person meeting us was not our driver, but he escorted us outside to our driver. The car was immaculately clean and our driver was very friendly. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, he pointed out some sights along the way

There was someone waiting with a board at arrivals, did not need to ring the operator. Just what you need, stress free transfer after a long flight.
