Melhor serviço e atendimento que já tive. Experiência Incrível! São super organizados, nos avisam um dia antes da viagem e no dia estão o tempo todo em contato com a gente.
Além disso, tive um excelente custo benefício com a travessia exclusiva deles, só a travessia, para mim foi um passeio a parte! Show de de bola.

Do NOT use them! We paid Top Transfer both ways: to go and bring us back Rio x Ilha Grande.
On the way back from Ilha Grande they changed the time last minute and didn’t notify us until I asked. ( from 10:30am to 10am)
Once we got to the Marina Porto Real to get in the Van they didn’t know who was going to what Van. Took a good 20 minutes in the sun to wait for the list.
Originally they included us in Van #2 and going in one direction.
Meanwhile, they forgot a group of 4 people at the marina and almost left without them( so irresponsible!!).
They came back to pick this group of 4 people and bring the group to Van #1 that forgot them. Once we met Van#1 they took a good 30 minutes fighting to figure out who was wrong and why they forgot the group there …. And we were waiting.
When they finally figured out, they decided to kick us out of the van #2 and add us to the already full #van1.
I asked why they were changing us from one van to the other and we would like to stay where we were originally.
They agreed to keep us in the same van as we were originally scheduled- but to our surprised, once we arrived in Rio- they didn’t want to drop us in the place we were staying- they were going to drop us in another place because we didn’t go with the right van.
They refused to drop us where we were staying and where we paid for the service.
They dropped us in the middle of the street in Rio with our bags and left us there.
How professional is that?!
And we ended up paying R$30,00 in Uber to drop us where they should have dropped us.
RUN AWAY!!!! The most unprofessional service I have used in my life.
If you want to be forgot in the marina, feel like a piece of meat being dropped in the middle of the city with your bags ….. this is the place!
