    Your skip-the-line ticket is valid for any departure time on the day of your visit. Cable cars run every 20 minutes from morning to night, and can accommodate 65 people. It takes three minutes to go up to the first mountain, Morra da Urca, and an additional three minutes to reach the summit. Your ticket is valid for any returning cable car and you can spend as much time as you want at the top.

    Great attraction with superb views from both sites at the top. At the entry point, tickets were immediately recognised as fast pass and directed to a reception room where wristbands were attached, free bottles of water provided and operation explained fully. All staff spoke good english. At each entry to the cable car, two in way up and two on way down there was separate fast pass queue lane. Couldn’t fault the system or the attraction. Well done TheTrem do Corcovado train could learn so much from this attraction!

    Terrible Customer Service - My wife got ill a few weeks ago and can't walk or travel and is scheduled an operation. We had a 5 week trip to South America booked which I have had to delay until later this year. I contacted the airlines, Hotels and 23 Viator Excursions and without fail they all expressed sympathy and were happy to postpone. This company Bondinho Pão de Açúcar do not bother answering your emails or Viator communications (3 times I tried) and just take the money - not impressed so beware

    The Company that run this experience are greedy money grabbers!! My wife became ill a few weeks ago and needs an operation. I asked this company to postpone, not cancel as we had to delay the whole trip until later this year. I contacted them 3 times and they didn't bother answering. Absolutely NO customer service and just want the money - I will definitely never use them again
