With your ticket at Morro da Urca, you visit and have access to the Praça dos Bondes - which displays the two previous generations of the Sugar Loaf Cable Car and the life-size bronze sculptures of those responsible for the creation and implementation of each one - Augusto Ferreira Ramos and Christopher Leite de Castro and; Cocuruto - a place that tells the story of the Sugar Loaf Cable Car, inaugurated over 100 years ago, with exhibitions of images, projections, machinery and objects that marked the trajectory of the 1st Brazilian cable car and the oldest in operation in the world. At some times of the year, the space hosts temporary exhibitions. The park has preferential access, lift platform, adapted toilets and ramps, making tourism accessible for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.

    The ride to the Pão de Açúcar cable car starts at the Praia Vermelha station, goes up to Morro da Urca and goes to the Sugarloaf Mountain, which are connected by two cable car lines, painting breathtaking views at any time of the day. Enjoy the exuberant nature of the Atlantic Forest, the outline of the mountains, the beauty of the architecture and the city center, the main beaches and tourist attractions of Rio de Janeiro such as: the imposing Tijuca massif and Corcovado with the image of Christ the Redeemer; Guanabara Bay with Botafogo Cove; and, in the background, the Serra do Mar with the peak “Dedo de Deus” and much more. Plan to enjoy the whole day with family and friends, enjoy attractions and cultural events with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. - Full tour (4 stretches). You will have the flexibility to make your visit within 7 days after the date chosen for the tour. The Ticket can be used only once in each segment, limited to the same day.

The visit was superb inspite of heavy rain yday in Rio. The tickets are managed well.cable car staff is amazing. Great recreation with a lot of attractions like mirrors..selfie points snacks..pizza..icecream outlets to savour all with company of mesmerizing views.2 step cable cars make accessibility very easy..frequently turning around every 3 minutes..this attraction in urca is a must visit.

Impermeable, beautiful, clean, organized, safe, but expensive rsrs. We had lunch on the hill and it was spectacular. I would come back several times for sure. There were no queues, no delays, no perrengue, everything perfect.
