I am very happy that I booked Charles services, my driver and guide name was Peter and he was really helpful and nice person. He helped with everything and spend full day with me driving me to the airport at the end. I would really recommend this to everyone who wants to visit Guilin area! Contact was smooth on WhatsApp and WeChat, no problem with payment as well. Charles booked me the ticket with window seat and lunch on the boat which was super convenient. One more time many thanks! The driver had to wait for us at the landing dock of the boat we waited 1h30 . We had to make several phone calls and send messages before we were told that we were coming to collect us. We could see ourselves back by bus (2h!!) . Then we preferred to come back to the hotel than visit a village for fear that we would be left in the village. The price is not worth the service. So don't be wary of your return being assured!
