We did a 5-day private tour, and everything was exceptional. The agency and our tour guide, Max, were incredibly accommodating. Max went above and beyond—from dawn to dusk—to take care of every detail from A to Z. I especially appreciated skipping the long lines at park entrances. Highly recommend their service!

The tour was perfect for my 80 year old mom. It was well planned for people who like slow-paced tour to explore captivating sites. Also, without the thoughtful guide, John (Xiao he), we couldn't enjoy the trip so much! He was always made sure my mom is safe and helped her going up and down stairs!

She is very thoughtful, kind and provide us with informative narrative of this beautiful city. We will absolutely recommend our family and friends to visit Zhangziajie and pick Lemi as our local Xie xie Ni
