1 Day Trip to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park & Avatar Mountain

This trip was properly amazing, perhaps this visit of Zhangjiajie may have been highlight of our trip (and this compares to the Great Wall, the Forbidden City and the Terracotta Army). Max was a great guide and helpful us with everything in addition to providing very detailed comments, local stories and picking-up super fresh and local food for us. He also adapted to my mother's pace to make it easier for her. We took many great pictures and had an amazing time. Truly a great experience!

Sarvin, our tour guide, is perfect! She is funny, can sing, takes beautiful picture and she gives interesting explaination and insights about the place and the culture of this beautiful country. Highly raccomended!

We booked a one day tour of Zhangjiajie National Forest and it was the highlight of our trip to China thanks to our incredible guide Wendy. She is local to the area and has fluent English. We really enjoyed conversing with her and learning about Chinese culture throughout the day. She is so kind and hilarious! There are a lot of tourists at this park, a lot of lines to get in and a lot of different buses to take throughout the day. We are seasoned travelers but have found that traveling through China can be very stressful, especially at popular areas surrounded by imposing tour groups. We never would have made it around the park and gotten to our preferred viewpoints without Wendy’s expert guidance. She allowed us to forget the stress and to fully enjoy a rewarding journey through a natural wonder while following her direction. Wendy went above and beyond to ensure we successfully navigated the crowds, saw the highlights and literally brought us the extra mile to some incredibly beautiful, tranquil areas. We flew to Zhangjiajie just to visit the park. It was totally worth it, I would recommend it to all our family and friends and I would implore everyone to invest in a professional tour guide so you can maximize the experience! Ask for Wendy ????
