We had a very enjoyable well-paced tour of the scenic sites in Zhangjiajie. The booking was smooth and Andy from the tour agency contacted us immediately after the booking was confirmed and helped advice on train bookings. Our tour guide, Lillian, met us at the train station at 10:30pm to bring us to our hotel. The daily itinerary was planned with flexibility to accommodate inclement weather. Her friendly demeanor, clear explanations at the various sights, photography skills and sharing about life in China made the trip more enjoyable. We appreciated her thoughtfulness (eg personalized fridge magnets, fruits for long hikes) and her company on our trip. I would recommend this tour and the guide for those considering a personalized tour of Zhangjiajie with an English speaking guide.

Honestly, I was a little nervous at first since I’d never been to China before, but this team made everything *so* easy—they took care of us from A to Z! From the moment they picked us up at the airport, everything was stress-free and perfectly organized. Our guide, **Jessie**, was absolutely **fantastic**! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, sharing insider tips, fascinating stories, and always keeping us entertained. Every detail was handled smoothly, and her passion for the region made the trip even more special. And **Andy**? What a gem! He checked in regularly, answered all my questions (even the silly ones!), and went the extra mile in ways I didn’t expect. When I struggled with check-in (since everything was in Chinese), he stepped in and saved the day. I loved his service so much that I **hired him again for a 4-day Beijing trip**—that’s how good he is! If you’re looking for a seamless, fun, and deeply immersive experience in Zhangjiajie, Fenghuang, and beyond, **book this tour**! Zhanjiajie is one of the most scenic attractions in the world I have been travelled and visited. The unique and special types of mountain and lakes make the places unforgettable. The tourist guide is very professional, helpful and friendly. That makes the trip enjoyable and wonderful.
