Booked for a tour twice and it was cancelled twice. The first time was due to late communication, which was understandable as we hadn’t replied in time. PS: the reason to this was firstrating as it’s because we hadn’t confirmed our hotel, but that’s absurd as we provide all that information when we made the booking, isn’t paying for it enough confirmation that we will go!? The next day we booked more than 24hrs in advance, and at 9pm when we asked if he can confirm the booking, we didn’t receive a reply. We then told told him that he whoops tell us what’s happening, so we know whether we should look for another tour. When we said that he was extremely rude and asked us to just cancel it again.

We were very disappointed at the service provided. Reading the reviews got us excited, and therefore made us booked the tour. However this tour company need to improve on their communication skills and respond time.
When we made the booking, we already provided all the information they requested and this includes where we are staying. The tour operator called but we were in the middle of receiving massages and therefore missed the call. However we called back straight after our massage. Call was not picked up. He didn’t respond to our messages till very late at night.
He then suggest us to cancel the booking. This made it hard to look for another trip late night.
He could have either left a written message on WhatsApp when he first reached out (like other tour companies) instead just “Hi” or “where you stay?” More communicative will be more beneficial for your business. More effort in communication is needed. Have a template. Start with introducing yourself follow by providing pick up time and location for confirmation. Just 1 text with all this information will improve a lot in communication for your company.
