The worst ever experience where neither TripAdvisor not the tour operator reverted back to our queries or contacted us and then no one turned up in the hotel for the pick up.. Nor there was any information So, please give us back our full refund

Нам очень понравился отдых на этом пляже: нет никакой суеты, логистика продуманная до деталей, супер сервис и наверное самый вкусный обед на Пхукете! Особая благодарность русско-говорящему админу, не помню как зовут, все показал, рассказал! Приеду обязательно еще раз!
