The experience itself is ok, but after we had to wait 1.5 hours to go back!!! Unacceptable. Our ride was at 12 noon, so wasted the whole day for their. Not worth wasting the whole day

Quite a challenging course, not for the faint hearted. The views on route for photo opportunities are grea The staff were all very helpful, an hour was certainly enough for us.

So I booked this ATV experience because according to the offer they provide transport from all Phuket locations. I was quite stunned that they told me a day before that they won’t pick me up from Panwa! When I messaged them back that it isn’t what the offer says and I would like a refund in such case I got ignored and until this day I haven’t got a response. I decided to rent a moped and go there on my own and I’m glad I did that cause ATV ride was superb. Lovely views on the way! So, the ATV ride deserves 5 stars but customer service was awful and deserves 1 star. Hence I can only give it 3 stars ????. Such a shame.
