Guests from other pick-up locations will not visit the local market) to browse and look at all the products. From there, continue to the elephant rescue camp. Feed these amazing animals some bananas and cool them off with a bath. Next, visit the monkey temple. Eat a Thai-style lunch at the local restaurant next to the river before bamboo rafting along the Khao Sok River.

Relax as your guides gently steer the bamboo rafts downstream while you admire the dramatic limestone mountains and serene sounds of the jungle. Stop at the river bank for some trekking and relaxing in the front of a limestone cave after enjoying a coffee break. This coffee is made in a bamboo stick and served in bamboo cups, which you can take home with you.

The entire day was top notch. We were picked up by Mr Mark and he took great care of us. The elephant sanctuary and bamboo rafting were unique experiences we won’t forget. Mr Mark drove us to each excursion and we never felt rushed. It was a very enjoyable day.

We had an amazing full day & made memories to treasure. Loved the scenic bamboo raft down the rive. The guys stopped to point out a couple of snakes in the trees. . Stopped off for coffee, where the water was heated ln bamboo over a fire & served in bamboo cups. The street market was interesting with various local food & the viewpoint stop off was spectacular. Our highlight of the day was the Elephant sanctuary, where for a 100THB you can prepare the food and feed them. Getting in the water while they bath and seeing the great care from the mahouts with the elephant's was fab. Thank you to our great tour guide " Run" who explained everything well and made the trip fun.
