They forgot us at the airport. We booked this transfer 2 days before flying and had a confirmation but when we landed there was no one to pick us up. Thankfully another company was able to help us get to our hotel.

Our flight got in early so they came 1/2 hour early to pick us up after we messaged them. Were able to handle a last minute reservation.

woman stopped for gas for 10 minutes plus after picking us up when we are already late. does not speak english so could not explain
