Avevamo prenotato il transfer A/R dall'aeroporto via expedia e ricevuto conferma dall'ufficio di bangkok ma al nostro arrivo non c'era nessuno, a causa di un malinteso tra l'ufficio di bangkok e di phuket. Il referente della compagnia, presente sul posto per altri passeggeri, non ha saputo aiutarci se non indicandoci una compagnia di taxi di fronte, segnalando il mancato transfer ai colleghi e scusandosi per il malinteso. il giorno dopo siamo stati prontamente contattati e la referente di phuket in modo molto cortese e professionale si è scusata ed ha provveduto al rimborso del taxi a nostro carico. Al ritorno invece il transfer è stato puntualissimo ed il driver molto professionale. Peccato per il mancato transfer ma si sono fatti perdonare!

Over all experience ok. The pick up from airport to hotel ,driver Did not help with our luggage. Which would of been nice, after a long flight. Personal service ,sorry wasn't one. Considering it was a Private Transfer.
