  • The English proficiency of drivers is varied; you can be guaranteed a good English-speaking driver if the booking is made at least 3 days in advance
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Tan ws amazing. He gave good/correct guidance for places to visit. English comms were bit difficult but workable. His polite jovial and helpful attitude was just superlative Would defntly recommend friends family to do a pvt tour instead of going with pre decided fixed time group tours

Not a good start after 10mins of waiting past pick up time had to call your operator and eventually they told me the driver would be an hour late!! Not ideal but was advised would still have the 8hours. Just ordered a drink at hotel lobby and then got a message to say driver arrived earlier than expected so was only 30mins late instead of 1hr which was good. Driver did not introduce himself or apologise for delay. Aware hired driver not a tour guide but had ZERO chat or conversation with us the whole day then at the end of the day got told we had to be back for a certain time which was less than the 8 hours we had paid for due to them being late !! Not happy with this and would have been nice to know his name. Would definitely recommend hiring private driver though over tour as was handy for where and when we wanted to go so would still recommend just don’t expect anything from driver and expect lateness !! Car was big and clean though but no water etc provided.

Tiger Park and Chalong Bay rum Distillery were the high points with the Central Phuket mall and its food hall with bakeries and market an added bonus.
