Flight was delayed due to weather, came out to find driver, could not find them at any exit, tried to call them and could not connect, neither could Expedia who I booked through. Nor did they try to call me. Was told by email that their policy was not to call passengers but reading other reviews it looks like they call some other passengers. Had to catch a taxi and then had several emails with them about what happened. Not a great experience.

20 minutes later en the last pick up time, nothing said, unkind, the driver ate something on the ride, not save driving. I didt not get any contact to the local phone number I got from Viator.

After calling to confirm pickup, receiving a text confirmation and a message left with our hotel, our driver never showed. We paid in advance and had to pay for the hotel taxi to take us. We waited 30 mins past our assigned time. The staff at the Hilton attempted to contact the company but were unsuccessful. Fortunately the hotel got us a taxi who was able to get us to the airport in time for our flight. I have not yet requested our refund but will be shortly. Incredibly disappointing and would have been completely stuck if not for the hotel staff.
