  • The ferry operates daily all year round with 2 departure times in high season from November to May, and 1 departure time in the morning during low season.
  • Due to bad weather, bad sea conditions or limited availability, the transfer may be delayed, postponed or cancelled with a full refund
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The boat was 30 minutes late and was over sold, so many people were left without a seat or space inside out of the sun. The ferry was quick and staff were friendly.

Loved it .. upgraded to vip for 200bht, well worth it for the comfy seats and snacks and drink. Would definately use again.
